My June Favourite Finds are less food focussed and more home and eco focussed this month! As I’ve been getting ready to flee the cold weather for a month I’ve been a spending a bit more time at home, and it’s reflected in what I’ve got to share! I’ve got everything from beauty to home decorating, and I’d love to hear your June favourite finds as well!
Peppermint Magazine
This is more of a rediscovery of an old favourite, but it’s a favourite nonetheless! I used to subscribe to Peppermint Magazine years ago but for reasons I can’t quite remember I let it lapse. So when my sister subscribed me for my birthday I was very excited – and even more so when the first edition landed in my letterbox. If you haven’t picked up a copy before, it’s a mag full of eco-friendly brands, stories and ideas, so you can imagine it’s right up my alley! It comes out quarterly and I’m already excited for the next edition!
Urban Road Print
I’ve been in my apartment for about 4.5 years now and whilst I’ve hung a lot of pictures over time, there’s been one wall I just could never find the right piece for. Until now! I stumbled across this gum leaf print on Urban Road and just had to have it. The muted green tones match my decor perfectly, and having grown up with a backyard of eucalyptus trees it felt right on that front as well. Now, if only I could do something about that ugly buzzer phone on the wall!
Kester Black Nail Polish
You may have noticed that I’m a pretty big fan of nail polish. I have a pretty streamlined collection these days, and have been focussing on replacing empty bottles with more eco-friendly alternatives. This month I picked up these three gorgeous colours from Kester Black and I have been rotating between them every since. I love that they are Australian made, cruelty free and also free from harmful ingredients. I can’t wait to try more of their colours!
